At Tek A Tups, we want you to be fully satisfied with your card game purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your unopened game within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the card game in its original packaging, ensuring the shrink wrap is intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned game, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
